EIMR Business School
EIMR is a Bengaluru business school built around one idea: students become founders while they study. Its website described that idea well, but visitors weren’t acting on it. We used what visitors were actually doing on the site to redesign the experience around the decision an applicant, or their parent, is trying to make.

Great story, weak path to apply
EIMR’s pitch is strong: founders teach the classes, students launch real ventures, and there’s seed funding behind them. But the site treated every visitor the same. A 17-year-old comparing BBA, BCom and BCA programs and a parent asking “is this recognised?” landed on the same long page, with an Apply button as the only way forward.
Traffic was arriving. Enquiries weren’t keeping pace. The school asked us to find out why and fix it.

Location: Bengaluru, India
Our work: UX strategy, UI/UX design, WordPress development

We started with the data, not the mood board
Before any design, we audited analytics, behaviour recordings and the admissions journey end to end. Three patterns explained most of the gap.
Programs were hard to compare
Visitors had to open separate pages to weigh BBA, BCom and BCA options.
Parents and students got one message
The two audiences ask different questions: recognition, outcomes and safety versus ideas, founders and funding.
Intent had nowhere to go
Visitors who were ready to act met a dead-end Apply link, with phone and WhatsApp easy to miss.

Redesigned around the applicant’s decision
Audit the journey. We mapped how students and parents move from search to application, and where they stalled.
Restructure the information. Program pages grouped by school, with the same facts in the same order so comparison takes seconds.
Speak to both audiences. Clear answers for parents (recognition, scholarships, careers) sit beside the founder-led story that attracts students.
Design for the thumb. Most prospects browse on phones, so applying, calling and WhatsApp are one tap away at every step.
Build it so the team can run it. A custom WordPress theme with reusable page blocks, so EIMR’s team can launch new programs and campaign pages without a developer.
Program pages that answer the real questions
Fees, eligibility, duration and affiliation up front
Founder-led learning shown through real student ventures
One persistent Apply action plus call and WhatsApp

The same school, a clearer pitch
The new site speaks to students and parents separately, makes programs comparable in seconds, and gives every visitor who is ready to act a clear next step on any device.
WordPress, built for speed and for the team
We built a lightweight custom theme instead of a page-builder stack: optimised images, minimal scripts and tracked events on every key action, so EIMR can see exactly which pages and buttons produce applications.
